These terms govern the sale of products through razorpadel.com. The seller is Razor Padel S.R.L., registered office at Piazzetta Nino Bixio 11, 33170 Pordenone (PN), Italy, registered with thePordenone Company Register, REA PN-380183, tax code and VAT no. 01999110933, share capital €5,000.00 fully paid-up ("Razor", "we").
They apply to consumers purchasing for purposes outside their trade or profession, under Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (the Consumer Code) and Directive 2011/83/EU. By placing an order you accept these terms.

Product pages and prices are an invitation to purchase, not a binding offer. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. If we cannot accept your order - for example, an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error - we will tell you and refund any amount charged. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate order details. We may refuse or cancel orders that
appear fraudulent or that breach these terms.

Prices are in euro and include Italian VAT where applicable. They exclude shipping, which is shown at checkout before you pay. Rackets currently range from €160 to €295; apparel is priced per product.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken when the order is placed. We do not store full card details.
For orders shipped outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply on delivery and are paid by the recipient.

We ship to the destinations, at the rates and within the timeframes visible at checkout. Delivery times are indicative. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

Some products are released as limited drops in defined windows and are not restocked. Where an order relates to a drop, the dispatch date is shown at checkout. Listing a product does not guarantee availability; if an item sells out or becomes unavailable after your order, we will refund it in full.

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, under Articles 52–59 of the Italian Consumer Code.

To exercise it, tell us within the 14-day period by emailing support@razorpadel.com or using the model withdrawal form. Return the goods within 14 days of that notice. We refund all payments received, including standard outbound shipping, within 14 days of being notified - we may withhold
the refund until the goods are returned. You are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is needed to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.
Commercial returns: beyond the legal right above, we offer voluntary returns of unworn items for 30
days - see Section 7.

Return unworn items, tags attached and in original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is free for Italy and the EU; outside the EU it is paid by the customer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of receipt. Faulty or incorrect items are always
covered - contact us within 14 days of delivery.

By using this website and placing an order, you agree to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal data and processing it in accordance with applicable laws. All content on this website, including text, images, logos and product designs, is the property of the company and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.

All products are covered by the legal warranty against manufacturing defects in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care or unauthorized modifications. If you believe your product is defective, please contact our customer support with your order details and photos of the issue for assessment and assistance.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the price paid for the relevant products. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, mandatory protections of your country of residence still apply. You may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at
ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The courts of the consumer's place of residence have jurisdiction where required by law; otherwise the courts of Pordenone apply.
